The GOS program committee is now accepting abstract submissions for the 2025 GOS Annual Meeting. 

Deadline to submit materials is May 15th, 2025. 

You have to be a GOS member, and practicing physician to submit an abstract. Website log-in IS required! For assistance with your password and registration, please contact Sarah Moran at sarah@ngaconsultants.com

***IMPORTANT***

Your abstract will NOT be accepted by the GOS program committee unless you have an updated disclosure.  Please update your 2025 GOS Annual Meeting disclosure form HERE. This is through the DADE COUNTY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.

HOTEL & MEETING REGISTRATION INFORMATION

GOS has reserved a group block at the Cloister on Sea Island, GA. You will receive a housing link immediately after registering for the meeting.  Our group rate is $425.00 a night plus tax.  

GOS Annual Meeting registration will begin on April 1^st, 2025.
