HOTEL Reservations:
New Policy this year! In order to reserve a room at the Cloister and
receive the discounted room rate of $413.00, GOS will need to receive a signed contract for exhibit space, prior to making a room reservation. If a room is reserved WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT, GOS will have the option to automatically cancel the room. You will receive a housing link after we receive your contract.
The GOS room block is for REGISTERED GOS annual meeting attendees/paid exhibitors ONLY. A maximum of 1 room is permitted per attendee and those staying in the room, must be a registered/paid GOS attendee and/or children living in same household. The reserved room will automatically be cancelled by GOS if this is used for a non-meeting attendee.
* Please note, due to other groups in-house over our meeting dates, the Cloister room block is currently full, however, they typically have cancellations so please check with the reservation department in early September to see if they have any cancellations. We do not keep a waiting list. There is availability at the hotels listed below.
