*Important - All attendees and exhibitors will need proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test result from within 48 hours of the first day of attendance at the meeting. Attendees will also need to properly wear a face covering/mask while in public event spaces. We understand the inconvenience and limitations this poses, however, the GOS Board feels that this is the best alternative if we are to proceed with a live meeting.

Applications received after June 15th, 2021 must be accompanied with payment for the full amount. CANCELLATION: GOS must be notified of cancellation in writing. A cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged to a sponsor who cancels their contract before June 30, 2021. No refunds will be made after this date.
